Profile
I am a consultant maxillofacial surgeon and educator, based in Helsinki and Tampere, with a career in both the public and private sectors. While my early career was grounded in a long and solid hospital background, I now focus exclusively on private practice and advanced education.
In my clinical practice, I specialize in implantology and tissue regeneration, building strong foundations for implant restorations through the daily reconstruction of both hard (bone) and soft (gingival) tissues. My 13 years of hospital experience have equipped me with a comprehensive surgical expertise, encompassing implantology, tissue regeneration, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma, and cancer surgery.
During my residency (2011–2018), I was fortunate to train with highly skilled experts at institutions such as the Central Finland Regional Hospital (Jyväskylä), Rigshospitalet (Copenhagen, Denmark), and Tampere University Hospital.
My mission is to deliver aesthetic, durable, and safe prosthetically driven dental implant restorations to my patients. I am equally passionate about sharing this expertise through courses, where I teach simple and also advanced methods for achieving these outcomes.
